The result: Seawater Sourdough. The first bread to be made with hand harvested seawater, and local Mallorcan wheat, and utilizing long, cold fermentation that creates an umami flavor in the crispy crust. Sustainability is ensured and flavor is revolutionized.”

SLOW

  • Made with a 9 year old starter

  • Hand-harvested seawater from the northern beaches of Mallorca

  • Local Xeixa wheat, hand-milled

  • 30+ hours long fermentation


pair with our hand-made flavoured SALts and butters

  • Made with local Mallorcan plants

  • For example Fig Leaf or Wild Fennel Flower Salt
